Carolyn Waddell is married to Pastor Jimmy Waddell, Founder and Senior Pastor of The Harvest House Ministries located in Moore, South Carolina. First Lady Waddell is a brilliant and dynamic speaker as well. She is the Co-Pastor, Director and Founder of the Women of Excellence Ministries, a division of the Harvest House Ministries.

Carolyn is a native of Winnsboro, South Carolina and a graduate of Benedict College with a B.A. Degree in Business Administration. She worked 16 years in the Insurance Industry, eventually receiving a supervisor’s position until accepting her appointment as a Summary Court Judge serving Spartanburg County. Finally in October 2000, serving the second term of her appointment, she received instructions from God to leave her job and work fulltime in the Ministry. Carolyn was ordained and licensed as a Minister to preach the Gospel on May 5, 2002.

Carolyn now ardently serves the Ministry alongside her husband as the Church Administrator utilizing her gift of governing. She is also the Director and Founder of the Women of Excellence Ministries, a division of The Harvest House Ministries.

Carolyn truly has a heart for Women’s Ministry and love to exhort and teach God’s Word. Her unique fashion of sermonizing the gospel is very exhilarating and vivid, leaving nothing to the imagination. Her messages seem to bring the pages of the Bible to life.
