* Licensing and Ordination programs for credentialing

* A presiding Bishop who is the first among equals and is accountable to God and the house of Bishops and pastors for the spiritual welfare and growth of the fellowship.

* Leaders who are available, accessible, touchable, competent and compassionate

* Each Member Church is offered opportunities to participate in short term mission trips and outreaches as scheduled by Pastors Impact Covenant Ministries.

* Pastors of Member Churches are granted opportunities to contribute their talents, special giftings and supportive resources to leadership programs, conference development and mission facilitating projects. Member Churches may receive support from other member churches in particular areas of need.
